By Mu Sochua - Elected Sam Rainsy Party (SRP) opposition member of the Cambodian parliament and formerly in charge of the Ministry of Women's and Veterans' Affairs. An avid women's rights activist, her achievements include: creation of the first organization for women in Cambodia and passage of the Prevention of Domestic Violence Bill. She was also a Nobel Peace Prize nominee for her work against sex trafficking of women in Cambodia and Thailand.
